I'm the owner of http://goallineblitz.com/game/team.pl?team_id=1281 and we are looking for an OC. We made the DC shift midway through the season and things have turned around greatly. A good OC can really push this team to the next level. Contracts have just been sent out, but I expect there to not be much change on the offensive side of the ball.
