Team is heading to Comp Regional Minors next season and I'm looking for a new OC. We lost our old OC to RL responsibilities.

What we offer:
- Loyal agents so the roster is pretty much in place for the duration - I'll be cutting a WR due to inactivity and replacing him. Everyone's resigned already and we've all played together for many seasons so there won't be huge turnovers every season.
- I handle the recruiting and work with coordinators to get what they want.
- Fairly active team but I have slipped a little this season with my focus on the offense so it's not been as active as in the past.
- Patience on my end to let you develop the offense however you see fit.
What I'm looking for:
- Knowledgeable OC that has the time and dedication to give to the team (I took over the offense on an interim basis last season when our last OC had a baby and decided to step down. He was the OC for about 6-7 seasons so we love continuity and would like someone in it for the long haul).
- Must know how to set up a proper AI and actually scout teams.
I'm also willing to bring you on asap on a trial basis to end the season if you're interested.
