Hey guys Co-owner of Blitzburgh Steelers looking for GM's to help with Season 23.

Basically we are a competitive team in our conference, playoff bound and have a shot as we have already beat our conference leaders. Looking for a few spots to help build our Steeler nation!
Available GM Spots: OC, OC-assistant, Scout, Recruiters
You might think, how does a 'competitive team' need so many GM's, we're just trying to be more efficient and give myself and the owner slightly less to do (the owner also DC's but wants to stick at that)
Team Strengths
- 3rd in Division
- Strong Roster
- Good chance of winning division
Team Weaknesses to be assessed
- a lot of players owned by myself and owner (due to little recruitment time last season) looking to edge out the majority of mine and some of the owner's
- pretty inactive forum (but will pick up with more agents)
