Speed isn't that high, and you'll never catch up to the real speedsters by this point in the build, so I'd consider making him into an all-around receiver by working on strength & carrying to make him a tackle breaking threat.

It's ok. Just because you're a speedster build doesn't mean you have to go balls-out on speed. You can still make that build into a very useful WR.

Personally I'd stop now on agility, but bear in mind that I'm lower on agility than just about anyone who plays this game. I think if you get carrying & strength up along with the corresponding SAs & VAs then you could have a really nice dot.

Any tips would be great, I should spend more time researching this stuff but it seams I never have enough time working two jobs

I agree with jdbolick, not a speedster but thats not a bad thing you don't have to speedster cause you have speedster at, instead you can use the speedster AT to build a damn decent all round WR best of luck man
