I don't claim to believe ALL this stuff, it's just information...not truths. If you put enough information together, maybe a truth will appear? Or maybe a lie...

I am NOT a conspiracy nut, just someone who gets information from "Other" sources.

Are all of them reliable? No, just like CNN, FOX, NBC (which are owned by people that would never waste their time on GLB with the rest of us peons) etc... It's up to each individual to take what they can and research a little on their own. FriskMonkey did it, by posting a link.

Because I happen to have a little bit of a different out-look, doesn't make me a kook, well maybe a bit...but I have not; insulted anyone, stated that I BELIEVE ALL of this stuff or attacked anyone for thinking it's all just a big HOAX.

If you don't believe it because it's not well produced...Fine.

If you don't want to do any digging yourself...Fine.

If you don't want outside information...cool.

But, because I choose to use the internet to look up FOIA documents or .gov pdf files does not make me crazy. If anything it makes some people lazy, and freedom does NOT thrive in laziness or apathy. It thrives through a diligent understanding to the world in which we all belong. I think we can have a civil debate without attacking one another.

I didn't mean to attack, my apologies if it came across that way. I do question everything I hear regardless of the source; from some janky website to CNN and everything in between. I'm not saying there may not be some truth to this stuff either. I know the internet has given people a voice and some people seem nuts and other seem legit, but you have to be careful because technology is a powerful and more importantly, affordable thing these days and people can "make" a lot of stuff.

I do agree with you though that being active is important, as is thinking about what you read.
