Here is the run down:

We just bought this team, with all intentions to win some championships, but we realize it wont happen RIGHT NOW. So our plan is too get a group of people who are willing to jump aboard right now, help us build from the bottom up.

We need a Head Coach, OC, DC, STC. We could use some help at GM, and recruiters.

Everything is an option, and even if you dont have time to be a Coordinator and still wanna join up and help occasionally, we will give you a gm spot. We dont plan on winning this year, and probably not next, but if we can get a strong foundation under us we will be golden.

Oh and one thing i forgot to mention is, we have purchased this team for many many seasons past the 2, and if we are winning we will continue to do that. We have owned teams in the past, and have gone as far as a top 4 team. But we cant figure out how to plan to win. Help this team win

Hey Guys Coowner right her, ill be runnning things like finances/recruiting and whatever else we end up needing. We would like our OC and DC to be experienced at these positions and have playbooks that they can implement right away, looking forward to building this fanchise right.
