I thought I would have enough time to be the Co-Owner and the OC for this team. I was wrong. The offense has the potential to be great it just needs someone who knows what they're doing and has the time to do it.

well, i can do what i can. I own 3 teams and run the offense there as well. I cant remember a time any of my teams didnt make the playoffs. thing is, if i do. i am not a stats guy, i run what works for the builds you recruited. my sophmore casual team is 4-0 and my rookie casual teams is also unbeaten right now. But i would only be an OC for teams prep and under. not big on doing the heavy film watching etc that it takes to plan gameplans and recruiting above those levels. basically i would be a 1-2 season fix until you found your longer term OC
