Difference between those 2 builds is almost nothing attribute-wise.

I will likely be training it up a bit...but im hesitant to waste SP's in such an attribute on a build like this if not needed.
Pretty sure Bort has said it, but now that I think about it, that may be another of the things he's wrong about.
