The Buffalo Blizzards are looking for active recruiters, scouts, and a few GM's to be apart of the Blizzards staff. Last season we lost in the first round of the playoffs and had a top 3 ranked offense and the 1st best passing offense...so you can say we have an experienced OC..and we are currently in the processes of getting a good DC too. Pretty much i just want a few active agents that will grow with the team, take some pressure off my back, and help me keep the forums active so its not boring all season. I myself have been playing since season 1 and have coached both sides of the ball since season 4..If you are interested please PM me and ill get back to you within the day.
Below is what i expect from each staff position:
Recruiters: Recruit new agents that have a good build or good idea of a build to the team at the end of the season, Each recruiter will get assigned certain positions to recruit, and to also keep the forums active
Scouts: After each game look at the game tape and see what the offense/defense can do to improve their AI, (You will get assigned to either look over the offense or defense, depending on which one you feel more comfortable with), Look over our opponents game tapes to see what their tendency's and weaknesses are , and to also keep the forums active
GM's: To me i would like my GM to know people, to have extensions in case we need a player or coach..they know someone who will fill the spot.... Also to give tips to players and coaches alike whenever they may need some tips...Also to be active in the forums, start conversations, and be the social one on the team.
