Sitting on 7sp and wont have enough BTs for a 4th a/e. I should be able to train SPD up 2 more pts by day 440. he will end up with 142spd w/equipment. With the 7 sp i have and the 45 more he will get from lvl up, what direction?

I would swap TV for CD then take strength to 68, them pump CD & FS as much as you can. Maybe through some into disguise blitz if you can, after trading in BT, if you'll have any to trade in. At 58 strength you aren't DvGing the most dangerous elusives, just the combo-types and power backs. You'll still do half of the combo-types and all of the power backs with 68 strength. Not losing anything in that area imo.

I've seen tv take a 138 speed cb from 40's to 42's with tv being the only change. I promise, it works.
