I have been on several teams, they all insist on keeping me as a backup, what do I need to work on to make my QB A starter?

A long process......
Step 1....sign with a team with many GMs/OC/DC/Co-owner
Step 2....Get assigned to all GM abilities
Step 3....Cancel contracts to other QBs
Step 4.....If a QB is signed, release him.
Step 5.....Repeat step 4 over and over until you are set as starter or GMs are releived of all duties. If your timing is right...all the good QBs should be off the market by now and your team can only sign decent or below average starters. At this point its your time to shine with your unbelievably great "personality" in team forums and the owner will start your guy and backup a lower level with a shitty build.
