Are you still multi training speed?

It looks like blitzer, nice build, nice speed, go for strength or vision

nope. Looking at build I would say agility, strength, vision, tackling.

Probably going to need to cap strength, vision, and tackling at some point prior to getting agility to the 81 cap.

Those 3 should be circle capped as you take them up. I'd take all 3 to at least the 68 cap. Probably the 73. Once agility is at 81, I'd rotate train stamina in the 4th spot or rotate training stamina, confidence, and jumping in the 4th spot.

Not going to be fast enough to be a pure blitzer (at least in the typical sense unless you add more speed later) but could end up being an excellent all around LB if done right.
