80 is fine. Although nothing at this point is really working for DT's. There's no rhyme or reason these days.

80 speed is pretty average for a WL DT these days....anywhere from 65ish to 100ish appears to be the trend in the future.

Depends on tackling and vision and where your SAs are.
If he has higher tackling and vision, then you can train it over and then leave it. If it is a low tackling DT (less than 70) then you need to shoot for more speed.

Looks like a great build. I wish I could suggest something that would make it have more of an impact. TBH - I don't know what it would be. More speed isn't going to change things up. More tackling, strength, agility, vision will still net you similar results.
I haven't seen the SAs help that much.
I guess you could add jumping.
