Total OPL failure, esp in the weaker conference.

Very disappointing for all of us.

+100 .. It was a learning experience for those of us at Devonport that left us hungry to prove that we are better than that. Thus, we have scrapped our original plan of promoting our entire farm team for Season 22, and are only planning to bring over the dots that are (or will be on Day 1) better or equal to our current near decline dots. We want to be back in WL in Season 23 with a better squad and to stick.

This thread is just another example of why there need to be either less pro leagues or add hemisphere leagues.

We brought our farm team up this season and even though we wouldn't hit 72 for our team until around the start of the playoffs, we knew we were strong enough to make the playoffs and then when our 72s hit and our chem was up to around 100 again, we'd have a good shot at getting back to WL. If your farm team can be in a similar situation, you might want to try that. No guarantees, but p hard to have many declining dots in the WL and hope to stay there.

Hard to have any chance of sticking in WL with bad chemistry...better off setting your pro roster in preparation for WL...

We lost to several teams in WL with worst Chemistry than us, so I am more concerned with build quality than Chemistry at this point. Even so, we should start Season 23 with 80+ Chem, which if the builds are good enough and we are able to get back to WL, should not hurt our ability to stick.

We will not be taking declining dots into Season 23, unless they are STOPs. We are removing alot of our declining dots this offseason and will get the rest next offseason. Some of our farm dots are not as ready (and honestly may not be WL quality when it is all said and done), so our farm is more of a partial feed than a full roster replacement. The real question is, are we improving our roster more than the other top teams are improving their rosters? I love our roster for next season, but I know alot of folks are improving also, so we will just see how it goes.

Our chem was at 40 to start the season. Rebuild here. Even an 8th seed and if your team is ready it's all good.
