USA Pro League - Western Conference Predictions
I hadn't planned on doing these all season but if I have a few minutes I can knock them out. I had thought Josh would do these...JOSH?!!!
San Francisco Webzoners vs. Young Fresh Superstars The Superstars haven't looked dominate but have won. This should be a pretty solid game but I have to give the edge to the Superstars but it would not surprise me if SF won (like how I cover my basis on this and come out a winner no matter what - that's how you do a prediction correctly).
Monmouth Evil Monkeys vs. Indiana Inferno - MEM will roll in this one.
Covington Black Knights vs. Tallahassee Seminoles The Noles got me a W last week and if the frying pan is hot keep cooking. I expect a battle and a late score for the win.
Corpus Christi Illegal Aliens vs. SOUTH GEORGIA GROWL CCIA's offense has been somewhat MIA on the season and against SGG they'll need it. They won't get it and SGG will win big.
Bucking Broncos vs. Car Ramrod Broncos will to a little kicking but its because their circulation is cut off. Car by 50+.
Doomsday Sin vs. TCU Super Frogs Super Frogs gave RI everything they could want and a little more. It's games like this that they'll need to stay in contention for a play off spot. This should be a hotly contested game but TCU will come through in the end.
Kickin Djibouti vs. LUElinks LUEshis LUEshis has looked solid on the season and they'll move to 2-1 with this lay up game.
Rhode Island Red Wolves vs. Cincinnati Shockers
Neither team has overly impressed me on the season but both sit at 2-0 and continue to be the top two teams in my "Top three." The last time these two met (S19) up RI won both meetings (30-23 and 40-24). I expect Cincy to come out on top in this one and win by 10.
BADGER'S TOP THREE: - no change from last week although my top teams face off so some movement is likely next week.
1. Cincinnati Shockers - struggling a bit in some tourney games and untested in USPL. They'll get their test against RI this week.
2. Rhode Island Red Wolves - struggled to a seven point win against a bunch of declining dots and simply didn't look good in the game. They'll need to be a lot better against the more talented Shocker team coming to town.
3. Car Ramrod - not sure what to make against their game against the Webzoners so I'll go three for three and say their "struggle" could mean their looking a head to MEM or the Webzoners have a pretty solid team.
