Ricky Benson has been a D-League Superstar
Reason for that is pretty simple - he spent/wasted a season of training before joining the D-League
But than he dominated the D-League winning 4 golden trophies as a HB and punt returner plus the League Championship (sadly MVP trophies got invented later)
He still has been a star on his first minor league team
But in his 3rd season for that team a new OC took over
He started to inflate the QB and WR stats (he had a WR on offense) on the cost of HBs and punt returner. Ricky didn't get full XP on some games and so he had to move on.
But that has been the best move of his career
He joined the Sioux Falls Storm, where he could have many very good seasons as the starting Powerback. He hasn't been as dominant as he has been early in his career, but He traded that for great team success and finally winning one more league championship in S15 and 2 more conference championships
