My CB currently has
14 Clutch
7 Long Reach
6 3rd down Stopper

Should I have ball hawk too?

yes. ball hawk is more important to have than even the ones you have already.

I'm a Vision guy, so I'd put 15 in Football Genius before Clutch.

Ball Hawk: 15
Football Genius: 15
Clutch: 15
Third Down Stopper: 15
Long Reach: 8

With the new training giving you the ability to get speed and agility past 90, Track Star/Quick might be a good idea

it might be. first we have to see how fast WRs of the future really are going to be and then how CBs react to that. I know most people are going with mid to high 140's speed on their CBs. speed WRs are likely to be in the low to mid 160's. possibly even high 160's. given how the sim has worked in the past, the mid to high 140 speed might be enough to cover them. but if not then i agree, CBs will have enough speed at that point to warrant an investment in track star. hadnt thought of that as an option before. my CB is going to be a bit on the slow side with 139. might have to try and incorporate track star into the VA build.

just a newbie here, I made a combo CB and I want him to be a man specialist, however, my team is also using me in kick returns, what are the best VA's for those..

well if you built a combo CB, you cant really make him into a man specialist because of the funky ALGs (auto level gains) that combo CBs get. combo CBs are good for making blitzing CBs, but thats about it. if you really want a man specialist, retire and go with a man specialist CB. however, if you want to keep him, there are two roads you could take.

1. go with a blitzing CB build
and
2. try to make him into a man specialist with the ALGs you have.

if you go with route 1, power tackler, ball hawk, pass rusher, and then maybe clutch, or jump the snap and or streaky.

if you go route 2, there is ball hawk and football genius. both of those are kind of shoe ins. clutch, 3rd down stopper, and long reach are ones you can choose from for your 3rd and 4th VAs.

thank you very much Worker 3!, I might go with route 1 instead since I am also used as a PR/KR specialist
