should i train blocking on light during the preseason to get BT to 100 and buy a +3strength, 5%HBC? or should i keep training blocking on intense?

Only train blocking to get it trained as high as possible. (90% +)

You're much better off training blocking at 49-52 and 61-63 than at 40. However, get more points into strength first. (81 at the absolute least)

Should also be multi-training 4 attributes at this point.

You can multi-train 4 attributes for about 5 seasons before you switch to light training, and still get 4 AEQ, generally. It's better to do the multi-training early in a dot's career.

STR looks fine to me, it's already 5-capped. There's no reason you should've been training Blocking this long though, you should've capped it by the time it reached 35-ish. If for some reason you're waiting on SP to do that (I don't know how you managed to use them all up), then just roll it back up to 90%+ and wait until the regular season to level, cap it, then go ahead and dump the TP and roll it around again a couple more times. Training at 40 is a terrible waste of potential.

Save AEQ purchasing for later, once you're into multi-training your minors and no longer spending BT to purchase SP (to reach caps more quickly) and unlocking enhanced training and multi-training. It's usually cheaper to shop for the first couple pieces, then you can outright build the third piece (and fourth if you want 4 AEQ) to fit the equipment slots and abilities you didn't get in the shop.

That, or don't train anything at all and just wait until you level twice. (Or level once and purchase one SP with bonus tokens, yeah?) You can store up the TP and then immediately train a bunch of times after capping Blocking. You can start training Agility too but you'll want to go back to training Blocking once you cap it anyway, at least until 52-53 and you're ready to 2-cap it. I'm not sure it makes much difference which you do, you figure it out.
