Level 23 (effective lvl 26) CB. Quad training. Don't want to train speed anymore (not enough % gain). Want to add either strength or stamina. They are currently at around the same level 14 (strength) and 16 (stamina). I know they eventually both need to increase. Which is best to add to quad training right now? I was thinking stamina, but not totally sure on this one.
