Level 23 (effective lvl 26) CB. Quad training. Don't want to train speed anymore (not enough % gain). Want to add either strength or stamina. They are currently at around the same level 14 (strength) and 16 (stamina). I know they eventually both need to increase. Which is best to add to quad training right now? I was thinking stamina, but not totally sure on this one.

You'll want to eventually take stamina to 60, so add that with the plan to train it some above the cap if you have the opportunity.

You can probably still train speed efficiently, especially if you have some enhancements to training speed. If you're set on not training speed, then I'd probably go with stamina.

I have speed upgraded 20%. But it's at the point now where I'll get MAYBE 1 point per season. Just isn't worth it IMO.

Stam gets ALGs I would do that before STR for a corner.
