We are looking for an OC for next season. We are willing to give the job to someone who has no expierence at the higher level but could show some lower level success and wants to take the next step.
Despite the lower level, the roster should be good enough to make the playoffs, but we will be no championship contender next season. So you could use season 21 to build up the Offense without any pressure.
