Can be a solid returner, despite a few minor mistakes in the build path.

Agility is too low. Should have taken to 81, or at least 77. Compensating with EQ will simply mean lower speed. Make sure you get carrying to 77 and get a Not Fumble AEQ. Other than that, it looks fairly solid.
