Game Of The Week
Krungthep Garudas (12-2) v Woody Island Wolverines (10-4)
Both of these teams are locked into the playoffs and WW is virtually slotted into the 5 spot, so this game doesn’t have a whole lot of relevance in the standings, but there is the possibility that it’s a first round preview of Krunthep loses to VT next week. Either way, it should be a good measuring stick for WW as it seems like it’s been One Hundred Years http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0lDKQ708Z0s since Krungthep wasn’t the odds-on favorite to win their conference. Other Games
Palembang Drunken Monks (14-0) v Benton Harbor Havoc (8-6)
While the Monks have locked up the top seed in Naga, BHH is in a playoff dogfight. Their cause was helped tremendously by “upsetting” HKH last week though. If they could somehow take out the Monks, BHH would virtually assure themselves a spot with the Beautiful People http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ypkv0HeUvTc in the playoffs. Monks 52, BHH 20
Semarang Red Bulls (12-2) v The Outlaw CPUs (5-9)
Apparently, TOH has decided to call it quits, but they were at least somewhat competitive this season. Semarang just has their eyes on the big prize--playing HKH again. Victoria Teabaggers (12-2) v Orlando Praying Mantis (5-9)
First of all, congrats to VT for joining 3 traditional SEA powers in the home playoff game category this season. While OPM has been eliminated from playoff contention, they still had a competitive season and will hopefully be back next time. Hong Kong Hustlers (8-6) v Dayton Raiders (0-14)
Despite their setback last week, HKH still looks like a playoff lock and this game of course will help their cause as Dayton hasn’t gotten much together this season. Portland Dirty Penguins (7-7) v Royal Blue Drunken Smurfs of Funkalicious Labatt (4-10)
Out of nowhere, PDP has vaulted back into the playoff race and they are actually playing more like a 5 or 6 seed right now. Basically rolling. The Smurfs have looked pretty good considering it was a rebuild with young talent year for them. Saint Foy Cyclones (7-7) v Dayton Blackhawks (1-13)
SFC is in the opposite situation of PDP, where they are sliding right now and need help to get back into the playoff picture, which is not at all out of the question. They better not overlook the scrappy Blackhawks first though, they haven’t given up all season, which is awesome imo. Golden Hill Bones (6-8) v Tibetan Drunk Monks (2-12)
Still a slim possibility that GHB makes the playoffs, but they need a lot of help to do it. Either way, they can still play spoiler to SFC on week 16. New York Empire (12-2) v Boston Bears (10-4)
This game will shape the entire upper division of the lolgaruda playoffs. Ya, it’s that big. I made this the special honorary co-GoTW because it is basically a playoff game. Considering each of these teams has a relatively easy game 16, the winner here will be in the playoffs. Buffalo Rampage (12-2) v Mandalay King Cobras (10-4)
This is another game with big seeding implications. MKC can not only knock Buffalo off their perch on top, they can climb the ladder themselves with a win. Wu Dang Kung Fu Academy (12-2) v CPU2

Phu Khao Bow Chicka Brown Cows (11-3) v Island of Misfit Toys (3-11)
The question of the week is did the Cows throw their last game just to spite KFA? Who knows. I do know that IMT is secure for a return SEA trip next season, so congrats to them. KK is most likely about to get to the double digit win plateau, so congrats. Congrats also to Awendaw for their return to SEA next season. With their earlier loss to Halifax, TL is eliminated from playoff contention, but they still had a competitive season and I think will be back stronger.
