My team is the Cincinnati Black Wind. At the moment I'm essentially doing everything, but part of me wants to sit back and enjoy this game atm. Realistically I'll end up doing offense or defense, though finding a good coordinator for both would be great.

For an OC, I'm looking for someone proficient in the passing game, that knows how to effectively use the slot receiver and WR progressions.
For a DC, I'm looking for someone who is aggressive with blitzing, and creates plays that are effective at stopping the run.. though that's kind of obvious.
