My TE just lv'd to 25 and I am not sure what I should pick for my Veteran points. Any good Ideas?

for your receiving TE it should be Mr Reliable or Possession Receiver, depending on how your OC uses him

Personally I do Possession Receiver, followed by Nerves of Steel. Then either Sure Hands or Mr. Reliable. Probably Mr. Reliable before Sure Hands.

But your first VP's should be Possession Receiver for sure.

Sure Hands is really meh.
If you have a good catching score, you won't drop many anyways.
If you have a bad catching score you'll probably fail the second roll anyways.

Start with posession then do Mr. Reliable, then after that branch out and do something that will help your specific build, Track Star, Yac Attack, Slippery, Soft Hands, Streaky, Quick Feet, etc. etc.

I Tend to pass on Nerves of Steel because KL's are extremely rare.

VAs all have to do with build and Timing IMO. Here's what I've done:

I got his Speed to 81 off the bat. Then Agility to 79.

Then by getting Track Star to 15 and Quick (now at 11 on the way to 15), he is WAY faster and FAR more Agile than the defenders guarding him.

I'm currently working Catching up to the 77/79 cap. After Getting Quick maxed I will then Max Mr. Reliable and Possession Receiver.
