Ok, so a guy in the general EE board was offering up his ranking spreadsheet to anyone willing to do the data entry required...so...I decided to give it a shot. His explanation of the algorithm is here:

I read the explanation and still dont understand exactly what the last two categories (Toughest Opponent in Defeat and Victories) mean.

basicaly in the toughest opp in defeat. For the teams that lost, how tough was there opponents. Notice the destroyers arent on there for defeats cause they havent lost.

For the victories its the same way. The team that has beaten the best teams.

Wow........ sweet rankings, and I wasnt aware we had the easiest schedule the rest of the way. Great work! Along with Controversy corner this is one of my favorite reads from this forum!

Honestly, that's probably because you guys get Atlantis as your non-conference game. >_>

I didnt know that either War...... sweet Even I will get 200 yards receiving!

So the Tec-9s are 6th toughest in victory, 6th toughest in defeat, and have the 4th easiest remaining schedule, but we're stil supposed to drop from a 5-way tie for 5th all the way to 9th? I'm not buying it. It is a little disconcerting though to see that there's a decent chance 9 wins won't be enough to make the playoffs.

This is cool! Would be fun to look back on these after the season to see if it could predict the future.

I like these new rankings, tells a more in depth analysis of the league. Hope you keep these.

I'm about to enter in the scores from all the games and post the newest rankings and such, but I thought I should mention that the spreadsheet predicted the winner in every game played this week.
