So I am pretty new at this and my QB seems to be struggling. I am going for a scrambler/duel threat. My ratings are as follows.

Strength 12
Speed 37
Agility 26
Stamina 17.5
Vision 35
Confidence 15
Throwing 31
Carrying 11.5

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I'm def still learning at this.

While balance is good in many aspects it is very detrimental to building good GLB dot. To build a good long term player in GLB you must cap build . A good starters guide to building a player is here

http://www.glbwiki.com/index.php?title=Player_Build_Guide

I would highly recommend using the Virtual Player builder linked inside this post as an excellent way to do practice builds .

For your current player my best advice is to enjoy the remainder of this season do not boost your player and retire him on day 40 and remake him using many of the suggestions listed in the post above .

another good idea is to join up in any of the various build advice forums there are out there such as

or ask questions here

good luck

Can he be salvaged without starting over? I'd really rather not start over again. I did that once already.

Well what you could do is keep him but just dont boost him or buy custom equipment .

Then on Day 40 make another qb and work on cap building with the new one . You can still monkey around with this one and watch the sims and such but at no flex cost to you . I think once you see how nicely built a cap built player develops you will enjoy the new qb that much more .
