Even with flash enabled, that's a typical deep pass. The ball/arm will cock back to indicate a deep pass (25+ yards I believe). Same thing here:

Yeah, you guys are right but in the one I linked the ball is cocked so far back that it looks as if it is clear of the dot line at one point. Strange looking but as is usually the case, working as intended.

If I come across another one I'll post it up. Anything over 30 yards looks very strange when nobody is around the QB. Basically, the deeper the pass, the further it cocks back.

Looks to me like he was wrestling with Jesse James (FB) for the ball.

That is by far the slowest ever throwing motion I have seen - and I have seen some slow ass throwing motions lol
