We are presently filling our commit roster and immediately need an OC and DC who will post personnel requirements and their general strategy as per what kind of offense or defense they will run. You must be experienced with full AI, reliable, and post regularily so that the team knows that they are committing their time to a team with a committed management staff. Lastly, please commit to creating at least, (only?) a single player position on the team. Teams that have management that also have players on the team tend to have a greater interest in the overall success of that team.
