It works, but not as well as Power Through from what I've seen. It shows up in PBPs though and with the right build it will help in breaking tackles.

If you're building a true powerback, you should just go with stacking LTS/PT and 2 break tackle pieces. Those 3 all help to break tackles and also help with the break tackle roll.
