Those Supa Chargers stayed closer to Sumatra than I anticipated. Tough team and one that should be even better next season.

It is easy to score when you aren't covered.

Devonport highlights:

Boom starts us off with a 45 yd screen pass from GI Joe Duke for Devonport's first TD.

Duke hooks up with Charlie Kaufman on a 58.5 yard pass that sets up a Devonport FG to extend the lead back to 14.

The next drive, Devonport MLB, Winter Soldier, nabs a pass thrown behind the TE to setup Devonport's 3rd TD

The second half started off a bit rough for the Devonport O. We had a nice opening drive but an Interception in the endzone negated that drive and lead to a Sin City TD that cut the Devonport lead to 8.

Then Devonport went 3 and out two straight possessions and the Devonport coaches were worrying if the momentum had swung to Sin City. However, the ST unit stepped it up when we needed them forcing a fumble on the ensuing punt that setup a Devonport TD that made it a 3 score game again.

That ST forced fumble was possibly the play of the game, as the momentum seemed to clearly have gone to Sin City. After that turnover, it was pretty much all Devonport to close the game.

211-0, so tried to pick out something unique. I figured our LE fighting through 3 people to force the fumble in the backfield was pretty good...

That "could have" been one of our highlights.... until that first missed tackle.

No highlights for IC in this game, the loss falls squarely on me as I made changes to the AI but somehow fcked up when going to save changes.

being on muscle relaxers for back spasms prolly didn't help much either, lol.

The missed tackle was a given. For some reason our dots can't tackle. That guy has all kinds of tackle crap in his build as does another of our DBs, both with very high Strength and Tackling and most of the SA, % and VA bells and whistles for Tackling and still can't get a guy down half the time. I seem to frequently throw Ints to dots that aren't even totally covered yet we can't pick or deflect a ball on 3rd down or in the EZ with 3 guys blanketing the receiver. I have inferior dots of my own doing better (not looking better or in better position) at other teams while the cream of my crop is playing like a disjointed bunch of fools here. I don't understand it. I see the builds and we are as organized build/VA-wise as most if not all of the other Pro teams I work with but I just can't seem to get over the hump. I am resigned to the fact that it simply put, must be me.

Oh well...

I honestly think there is a PD bug in the endzone. It seems like 90% of deflected passes are then caught for TDs in the endzone. Seems a bit fishy to me.

Turns out I was only half a dumb-ass yesterday.
I did actually save the changes, but only via saving them as a preset..... but never hit the update button on the AI page.

Sucks for last game, but at least I am no longer pissed that my changes were lost.
