Or is carrying all that matters in fumble prevention?

i have low strength on my elusive back and he hasnt fumbled a lot, other than the one season he was in a league where he was out leveled by 10 or so.
you can have 100+ strength, 85+Carrying, 68 conf , 8 Cover Up, and still fumble
just dont do it all the time

I plan on getting strength to around 68 carrying around 65ish and Conf around 50, but yeah really fumbling can happen any time no matter what, You want to make sure you never fumble, dont give the chance to be hit

I went higher with carrying instead of going strength and it has worked out pretty well. He just tries to outmaneuver the other guys.. Doesn't usually fumble too much and when he does, it's usually picked up. I only took strength to around 40 and carrying is at 80.. I think his vision probably helps avoid some of that too..

My powerback has 83+ str and 77+ carry and 48+ conf and +3 coverup and he was like a fumble machine... Just shows even in a perfect world your dot will fumble.

I had a powerback a while ago. He fumbled a lot one season, next season I cranked confidence.. and he stopped fumbling!
Why?
Everytime you break a tackle or get tackled your morale goes down. (Aka every play)
Everytime you get a TFL or a very short gain you probably lose morale. (AKA a majority of plays in competitive games).
Solution? Confidence on top of your carrying/strength.
Super high strength wont stop fumbles, nor will carrying. You need confidence. and Stamina

That's crazy. Better to go with 50 strength and 70-75 carrying.
65 carrying is low, and by going to 68 strength, you have just opened yourself up for some OLBs and pretty much every safety to get +30% make tackle chance on you from David vs. Goliath. (which will help them cause fumbles)
You can get by with 50 strength and 70-75 carrying, but you need to add Mr. Reliable VA.
