no, it's not that the piece is bad, but there are just a lot of great choices for an elusive back: %break tackle, spin, %fake, juke, head fake

yeah, even % fake is better.
If you are having problems with fumbles you could always pick up the Mr. Reliable VA.
I don't think fumbles are enouh of a problem to warrant an AEQ spot on an elusive back.

If you're on a 3-RB team, yea, definitely not worth it. You may consider it on a 2-HB team, but even then, it's a crap-shoot.
