You are better off getting your vision to at least the second cap and lessening your speed.

this is something you can do but whether you will be better off is certainly debatable. You will not be worse off putting speed before vision, that much I can assure you

putting speed before vision is definitely a good option. However, you still are going to want vision to be 65+ at the end of the build.

Wholeheartedly disagree with this statement. I think vision and speed are pretty equivalent for a run stuffer. And by that I mean the 4th/5th attributes.

That's where I go against the grain. I consider them the 3rd and 4th.

Well, we all know you like dat speed/vision before tackling. I personally think tackling is important in run stuffing for both disruption and actually making the tackle. But I understand why you feel the way you do.
I don't necessarily know if it's against the grain though.

Maybe not as much so now, but I see very very few high level DTs that have both speed and vision higher than tackling, and the ones I do see are pass rushers rather than run stuffers.

That's true, but I also see a ton of DT's that consider themselves run-stuffers with 120-130 strength and 100-110 agility.
