It is with a heavy heart and much consternation that I have decided to continue kicking ass with Sumatra in Oceania Pro. With all of the teams gutting, dropping down, merging or just plain not renewing it was tempting to go along with the crowd and follow suit. But I am just having too much fun. And recruiting is sure to be easier than ever with everyone starting over.

We are losing 5 of the top 9 teams in zeta and I'm not sure how much promise the bottom 7 has shown to step up their game. Any word on what the Gunners and Sin City will do? Zeta could be ugly next season

Not sure if this is private info or not, but the Gunners are gutting, the last I heard. OPL is going from one of the deepest Pro leagues to one of the shallowest in one season (unless we get more transfers or some AAA promoted teams are surprisingly good).

It's too bad, but I think a lot of the Pro leagues will be going through the same thing. You can only keep grinding so long. The key for me is to lower my expectations a bit. We are going to have a good team, but we will never have a top team. There is nothing wrong with going to the playoffs year in and year out.

Actually a LOT of pro teams are going through this becuase the first generation of EP dots are now declining.
