I've been through a few teams this season but I just haven't found what I want.
What I want
- low level team that I can grow with.
- preferably age 1-40, but will consider all offers
- strong builds with experienced owner

That guy would be a strong player if he had custom equipment. You can already tell that the agent is not going to invest much flex into the player which means he is not a good player to sign to the team as he will stop boosting after a couple of seasons and be behind the level curve. Don't you know that poor GLB players get the shaft now with the new age cap system?
