Acutally it's not nice, having an easy schedule to open is the exact opposite of what a team would want, so we are NOT fortunate contrary to the implied message of the original post, nor does it speak to the competitiveness of the league in any way. What our schedule looks like has no bearing on that, it has to do wit the total net worth of each teams, not some designation of the "when" that they play, timing here has nothing to do with talent, so if you could clarify the meaning or point of your post, please do?

yeah. I know ddl has a solid chance of only finishing 8-8 after starting 5-0 because they play alot of great teams in the back end of their schedule

He's betting me 1,000 FP on that.

all this schedule talk is a bunch of crap. If ther eis such a thing as an "easy" win in the pros, you would want it towards the end of the season so your moral would be higher going into the playoffs. But beyond that, If these teams are complete crap then why are they in the pros to begin with, and if DDL had lost the first 5 games the argument would not have been that DDL got beat by a bunch of crap teams. There is a whole lot of season left, and obviously DDL is here in the pros to stay for quite awhile, so just relax and enjoy the game and cut out the trolling.
