yes somthing definitely looks wrong with that handoff

This happened to me a few games ago, it is due to low vision and agility which makes it hard for the player to stop his momentum. It is working as intended.

This. You normally don't see it as much later in the season, but if your player's agility is super low with high speed it'll happen.
