Rolled a peice that has +3 agility but there is no SA included, if I buy it (only 5 BTs) will I have the ability to add/upgrage it to give it an SA? If anyone has done this or knows the answer please let me know, thanks. I own a pass rusher so this would be great.

Yes, and this is one of the ideal pieces to get. I recommend you not upgrade it until your build is nearly finished, so you can maintain flexibility.

+3 Attributes with no SA or % included are excellent. To add a 1st tier SA or 2% modifier costs only 15 BT for the upgrade. On the other hand if you start with a SA or % modifier with no attribute attached, it will cost you 40 BT to upgrade to a +3 attribute.
