Probably, if he can get past the DT. That is why I generally focus on SAs that will help the C block the NT or DT.

Not really. May work if the C pancakes his block and he's blocking past the lines of scrimmage. Centers currently have no pulling plays though so it would be very, very limited in usage and not worth it.
