Yeah, people who spent all points in speed to get it up to 49 as soon as possible and maybe trained it a bit and maybe even spent 2 SP on it, plus used their 22 points from level 24 gear and custom could easily have about 80-90 speed by now.
Of course they aren't balanced worth a damn, so it's 30 plays of worthlessness for that one 70 yard TD.. but that's the typical WR in GLB for you.

My C is level 22, 85 blocking (really 81 but i put 4 equip points into vision). He also has 64 strength, 35 tackling (im an idiot I know), 30 agility, 24 confidence, 24 vision (without the equipment) and 32 stamina and 4 points spent in specials. A wr with speed in the 90s is possible and it wouldn't necessarily be a bad build. Just enough agility and catching to get the job done and a crazy speed that would massacre most if not all CBs

My WR is 85 speed and becoming more balanced each day.
Was a true returner, and is now a nasty slot WR. I figured it out. If I had spent every Skill Point on speed I would have hit 95 by now, but have no hands, vision, agility, stamina, confidence, vision, strength, or carrying!
