He's getting close to hitting decline and I just wanted to keep him to take him to the world league. Should I just start over with an offensive lineman during the off season? Having a lot of trouble deciding what to do on this!

He will have three more seasons of extended plateau before he starts to decline, so you should be fine. He'll also be able to boost two more times on Day 39.
