You need to get confidence way up. That's the biggest hole I see. Figure out with natural leveling how to get it in the 85-90 range by the time you max out.
I see what you are trying to do with pumping strength way up earlier than most would recommend and that could end up being a good strategy. Should pay off for some nice averages in a few seasons but you'll be a shankopotomus without some more confidence.

He means by the time you hit plateau.

no worries.
Check the FAQ for extended plateau. Once you hit EP you can no longer boost, gain exp. or points of any kind. It's basically the glory years of your player. The amount of days you get for EP depends on how frequently you boosted. So what I was saying was that once you hit that point whatever build you have is basically final (you can still do some VA resetting and some other minor changes). So, figure out where you want to be when the EP hits and plan accordingly. Just get that confidence up and your P should do well.
I would also suggest that when next season starts you reset Quick and put all those points into Nail in the Coffin. Gotta have it. Late in your career, before you hit EP and can't train, think about getting stamina over 20. Pays off in games where you are punting frequently.
