Team was promised to be competitive with detailed coordinators & game planned.
Thus far there's been no game planning or game to game coordination at all. No tactics or bujld discussion. They have a rich tradition & not looking to offend anyone, but there just hasn't been much activity this season. I think they're just outmanned in this league, but it's not what was conveyed when I was recruited.
Looking for a more competitive situation.
