What is the consensus of setting tactics for the Passing Style and Passing Priority?

I have a level 57 effective 70 QB who is struggling the last few seasons...
Present tactics are -50 Passing Style towards bullet and -70 Passing Priority towards open man...

I cannot think of anything else that would affect his terrible showing in games... becoming frustrating...

any help would be much appreciated...

should be 100% bullet and 100% open man. If your recievers are still dropping a lot of balls either your recievers have poor catching or you built your QB poorly.
