How many AEQ does he have? Could use another Hold Block %. I like to see high, high agility on my LT's so you should consider moving some EQ there.
Looks good otherwise. More stamina would be nice as well.
As far as SP, I put into First Step and or Protect.

reset eq and put the 25 in blocking into agility. reset showboat blocker and put it into football genius. get a protector aeq piece. confidence to 60 wont be a bad idea either.
