To be honest you might be better served retiring. But if you want to continue with this build, I'd say you probably want to take speed to 77 natural, catching to ~70 natural, then agility to 77 natural. I wouldn't touch vision or anything else again until those three are complete. It will take a few seasons but he should be viable in the end build.
