Sup, my QB here:
http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=1792009
is a few points from getting both agility and speed to the 48 cap, is it possible for me to start trying to hit higher caps for both of these and be somewhat successful on the ground scrambling without ruining my QBs build and still be successful once he gets to be pro lvl?

to be a true dual threat, you should have capped agility and speed a long time ago.

but, since you are a deep passer, you may be able to get more out of your ground game with your good strength,
plus some good agility and decent speed.

anyhow, a player does NOT have to be a total 'dual' threat to utilize good scrambling.
agility and speed are vital for most QBs to not get sacked or hurried and to get off quality throws,
but many seem to fail to realize that. also, i've seen plenty of non-'duel threats' get good runs on QB sneaks anyhow.
it all takes a quality OC.

but at your level, there is no way you're gonna become a run first type threat.
still, you might be able to make yourself very dangerous with the QB sneak when they don't expect it,
and i suspect you might not have to go very far from your build to do that.

besides that, i can't see your strength, if it is very high you may already be a good runner.
it doesn't always have to be about speed, but of course it can sure help to have it!

at this point i would probably say no. you probably wont be a successful dual threat... but i would really need to see your build to make a real accurate assessment. but it difficult to make an effective dual threat, and if you didnt plan on the dot being one form the very beginning, its hard to make that adjustment and make him into one. as darncat said, you can maybe work him into some QB draws, but he probably wont ever be a good outside rusher.

but as a side note... even if you just stay as a pure passer (which i would recommend), you should still probably try to work agility up to about 60.
