Always boost, might add custom EQ (not sure yet). Don't care about starting or backing-up as long as they get plenty of time on the field.
Also have a Lvl. 31 CB/KR, FS, K, & P. Preference will be given to anybody wanting to keep the whole group together - makes keeping track of them easier.
