2. North By Gawd Texas Tornado Humpers 3-1/.778
3. Las Vegas Heat 3-1/1.286
4. New Brunswick Sentinels 3-1/.455
5. Round Rock 12th Man 3-1/.600
6. Missouri Partisan Rangers 2-2/3.000
7. Houston Gamblers 3-1/.778
8. Olympia Dollar Ninety Nines 2-2/.500
9. Double T Red Raiders 2-2/.778
10. New Orleans Voodoo 1-3/1.667
11. D.C. Sonics 1-3/1.286
12. East Coast Catamounts 1-3/1.667
13. Cincinnati Stallions 1-3/1.286
14. Miranda Reavers 2-2-0/.778
15 Jaraguá Breakers 1-3/1.667
16. Los Angeles Majors 0-4/.600
The strength of schedules were calculated by totaling opponent wins, then dividing by total opponent losses. Now, this is only week four, but we can take a look at some things.
The Rangers have the hardest schedule so far, and they've acquitted themselves with a .500 record. I think that they should be ranked higher when you consider the opponents. On the flip side, the Sentinels have the weakest strength of schedule of any team as of yet. The Reavers (btw, nice Firefly reference), should be ranked a bit higher in my opinion as they have a 2-2 record and a harder strength of schedule than some of the teams above them. This might be a hangover from last season reputation, hopefully, that will change. The Heat are the surprise team to me. Ranked 3 right now, they have a strong strength of schedule with a 1.286 and a 3-1 record. For a team that did not make the playoffs last year they're making a good run at it this season.
Ok, that's it for Week 4. Hopefully I've kept it as impartial as possible with the analysis. I will update this again Week 8.
PLEASE SEND IN YOUR POLLS AFTER WEEK 8 GAMES!!
Best of luck to all!
