only the WL forums are relitively busy, but most of the people who bother posting on there are dicks waving around their e-peens

It is because they have reorganized divisions almost every season for the past 10. In season 6, we had teams who had been rivalries for 4-5 seasons. Lots of friendly smack talk and you could actually build a great rivalry or two. But, when they shuffle the divisions and leagues EVERY season, it is just too difficult to really build anything after one season.
